By making a purchase through the Harvestia Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All purchases are voluntary and help support the continued development, maintenance, and operation of the server.
2. Digital Goods
All products sold through the Harvestia Store are digital goods intended for use on the Harvestia Minecraft server.
Products may include, but are not limited to:
- Server ranks
- Crate keys
- Cosmetics
- In-game currency
- Other virtual items or perks
No physical products are shipped.
3. Delivery
Purchased items are generally delivered automatically. In rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to server outages, payment verification, or technical issues.
If you do not receive your purchase within 24 hours, please contact server staff.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final.
Refunds will only be provided where required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Harvestia administration.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving purchased items may result in suspension or permanent removal from the server while the dispute is investigated.
5. Account Responsibility
Purchases are tied to the Minecraft account provided during checkout.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the correct username is entered before completing payment.
Harvestia is not responsible for purchases sent to an incorrect account due to user error.
6. Server Changes
Harvestia reserves the right to:
- Modify server features
- Rebalance Gameplay
- Adjust Ranks, Perks and Rewards
- Add, remove, or replace items and features
Such changes may occur at any time to maintain the health and balance of the server.
7. Server Closure
While every effort will be made to keep Harvestia online, we cannot guarantee indefinite operation.
In the event the server closes permanently, previously purchased digital goods may no longer be accessible.
8. Rules and Enforcement
Purchases do not exempt players from server rules.
Accounts found violating server rules may be muted, suspended, or permanently banned regardless of any purchases made.
No refunds will be issued for penalties resulting from rule violations.
